10.10.1201.4 Dr. Joshua M. Kent was sentenced to death, later commuted to a life sentence. Kent, who discovered the circulatory system and the purpose of the kidneys, was officially charged as a Restrictionist magician and found charged with cutting up dead bodies to delve the forbidden secrets of the gods. In truth, what Dr. Kent was really guilty of was not making sure all of his cadavers were quite dead before starting his ‘research’. Kent died in prison four years later after an argument with a fellow inmate over the purpose of the appendix
